Orders and returns

This site is mainly for UK, EU and EEA customers.

Ordering is easy.

Simply click on the Add to Basket button beside the items you want, check the quantities you need, then follow the instructions.  You may need to allow pop-ups from our site.

Your payment details are processed by our payment partner Secure Hosting; our payment system is fully PCI DSS compliant. Your order will usually be accepted, processed, and despatched on the same or next business day after it is placed.

If you prefer, call 020 3002 0111 and pay by MasterCard, Visa and many other cards, but not American Express. We’re open Monday-Friday 1000-1800.

We aim to despatch all orders received before 1430 for next day delivery. Sometimes this isn’t possible, for which we apologise.

Orders are sent by the method chosen in your order; for details see delivery.

If you are ordering 3+ pedals we should be able to offer a discount and/or invoice your organisation. Call to discuss!


To place an order from a country not on our standard list, email for an individual quotation.


Headsets
Headsets are sent by first class post, which should reach 95% of UK destinations by the next day, but we all know this isn’t always so.


Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase and part of this process is to ensure that our goods will meet your requirements before you buy. Please do ask any questions you have before buying, to make sure that our goods will meet your needs, and we may ask you what you are planning to do with the item, to make sure it will work.

If you are transcribing audio material it may be worth installing Express Scribe transcription software first, and try out how it works with your dictation files. If Express Scribe works with your files, and you like the lok and feel of the program, then our foot pedal will certainly work with Express Scribe.

If you are unhappy with your foot pedal purchase we will refund the purchase price, less outgoing carriage, if it is returned within 28 days from the date of purchase (see below for instructions).

We cannot refund any headset for reasons of hygiene; defective headsets will be replaced or repaired as appropriate.
 

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

  • Call us on 020 3002 0111 or email us to arrange return. We do not refund outgoing postage for the original delivery to you, and return postage to us is payable by the customer.

    RETURNED GOODS MUST BE IN AS NEW CONDITION, COMPLETE WITH ALL PACKAGING AND ACCESSORIES. YOU SHOULD PACK YOUR RETURNED GOODS SAFELY AND SECURELY; GOODS RETURNED TO US ARE SENT AT THE CUSTOMER'S RISK AND WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY RESPONSIBLITY FOR THEM WHILST IN TRANSIT TO US; NO REFUND CAN BE PROCESSED UNTIL YOUR ITEM IS SAFELY RECEIVED BY US.
     
  • It is important for you to pack your returned goods safely and securely to avoid damage in transit because goods received damaged will not receive full credit.
     
  • Refunds given for returned goods will be made by the same payment method as the original transaction.
